Behavioral

The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with an initial phone call with HR, followed by an interview with the hiring manager. However, I turned down the offer because they were really pushing me to make a decision on the same day and wouldn't let me have the weekend to consider it. It felt like they were pressuring me to accept. The recruiter kept probing about my hesitation and why I needed the weekend, which I found unusual since I think it's normal to take a few days to review an offer and ensure it's a good fit. Ultimately, the end of the experience felt very negative and rude, raising concerns about the company culture.

  • How do you stay current with social media trends?
  • How do you define success in social media?
