Manager
The recruiter was great and put me at ease. I was offered the job right then and there. It's tough work, but good if you enjoy logistics, customer service, and handling tricky customer issues.
- What is your typing speed?
Field Manager
They were really quick to get back to me and set up a time within two days of me applying. The interview itself was a bit over two hours long. It felt pretty relaxed, and the interviewer was easy to chat with. I got to ask them all the questions I had.
- What areas of personal growth require your attention?
Manager
I spoke with the hiring manager, and they asked me a bunch of questions about my past work, what I'm good at, and like, "what if" kind of questions – basically how I'd deal with different scenarios. It was a one-on-one the whole time. Then, they wanted to know what I knew about U-Haul, like the company's past, how it works, and the rental process. After that, they asked if I had any questions about the job.
