It started with an initial call, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a technical round, and finally a behavioural round. I got an offer. The whole process was straightforward and challenging. I didn't quite make it through all the rounds, but I was very close. The final round was behavioural, and I think I could have prepared better for that.

Applied for an Account Manager role at Tubi in mid-Feb with a referral. The recruiter was helpful and my interview with the hiring manager was great. A week later, I was told I didn’t have the “edge” or “leadership skills” compared to others. The hiring manager recommended me for a programmatic role that better fit my background. After waiting two more weeks, I interviewed again and it went extremely well. Another week later, I was told the role is now closed until August. The whole process took over a month and felt like a waste of time for a role that ultimately didn’t exist. Wouldn’t recommend.

It was horrible, the interviewer is NOT knowledgble at all, but think he's right all the time. I think he's name is Saurabh. Only new grad level questions, not at all appropriate for a deep dive interview

The recruiter contacted me about the job and I had an initial phone screening with the interviewer. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the hiring manager, which went well. He said I'd hear back. Three weeks passed, and I heard nothing, so I figured I didn't get the job. Then, the recruiter reached out again saying they wanted me to do another panel interview. This panel interview was strange; they asked questions unrelated to the specific job. The team couldn't even answer my questions about the role. They said I'd definitely hear back, but I never did. They ghosted me. Then, two months later, I saw the same job posted on LinkedIn. Terrible communication and disorganized interview process!
