Behavioral Technical

So I had an interview with the HR manager, director, and a staff member from the department. During my intro, the director and staff were kinda chatting amongst themselves, which felt a bit unprofessional. They asked about my leadership style, what my previous managers would think of me, my interest in healthcare, and some stuff about my past work. It was surprising that this was the only interview before they made a decision. Makes me wonder if they already had someone picked and were just going through the motions. Anyway, the whole thing didn't give me a great vibe about the job or the team, so I'll pass even if they offer.

Behavioral

I went through a two-panel interview, which was honestly one of the worst interview experiences I've had. Both interviewers were glued to their keyboards the whole time, barely making eye contact or engaging with me. It seemed like they were doing other things or weren't really paying attention, and it felt super rude and like they didn't care. As a candidate, I'd expect at least some basic attention and professionalism. The whole thing made me wonder about the company's vibe and if they actually value their employees or just see them as replaceable parts.

The interview process included a 15-minute initial conversation with the interviewer/hiring manager. They described the typical daily tasks of a Clinical Research Coordinator and asked me case scenario questions. They also inquired about my earliest availability to start. They mentioned that they interview many candidates, so be prepared.

Behavioral

There were 2 rounds of interviews: the first was virtual, and the second was in person. They asked standard behavioural questions. After the first round, HR contacted me right away to set up the second interview. The second round was in person so the interviewers and management could meet me physically and see if I fit the culture. I'd say you'd very likely get the job if you pass the first round.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you tell me why you're interested in joining the healthcare industry?
  • What would you say are your strengths and weaknesses?
  • How do you handle stressful situations?
