I had an initial interview where the interviewers seemed disengaged and questioned my suitability for the role despite me being invited for a physical interview. After a lengthy wait of over 3 weeks, HR arranged another interview with different people, and they asked the exact same questions as before.

There were 2 rounds of interviews: the first was virtual, and the second was in person. They asked standard behavioural questions. After the first round, HR contacted me right away to set up the second interview. The second round was in person so the interviewers and management could meet me physically and see if I fit the culture. I'd say you'd very likely get the job if you pass the first round.

Applied and was contacted by HR within a few days. The interview went smoothly despite the lack of professionalism from the HR. The HR is one of the worst I had ever encountered. She have no clue about the job role, unable to provide any info about the role. Lack of professionalism, did not even try to check with her colleagues and get back. Just a straight 'dont know' to every questions I have about the role. This really reflect badly on the hospital. If there is an advice I can give to the management team, it will be to relook into your HR. Hire people who are willing to put in effort to be a good hr not some random people who is just trying to pass time.
