The HR and interviewer were both rude. They were busy with documents and didn't signal when to start, expecting me to just begin talking. They asked irrelevant questions like if someone was still working there and what modules I studied in school, despite my 10 years of experience. When I mentioned my interest in learning the field, the interviewer said they didn't know what there was to learn and needed someone to do the job. They offered a contract role to try me out since I seemed in need of a job. I got an offer but didn't accept right away. The HR then said not to wait for other offers and that I needed to follow up, as they couldn't give me much time to think.

The hiring process was fast and efficient. It usually takes a few weeks from when you apply online until you get an offer and sign the contract. The speed can really depend on the department handling your application.

I had a face-to-face interview and received a job offer a few days later. However, I wasn't satisfied with the offered salary, so I tried to negotiate a higher pay with HR. HR mentioned they would try to request for a higher pay and would get back to me the following week, but they never did. After a week of no response, I sent an email to follow up on the status, and as I suspected, I haven't received any reply to this date. I believe it's basic courtesy to follow up or at least reply to an email requesting an update on the outcome, regardless of whether the offer is still on the table. This experience doesn't reflect well on TTSH's HR department.
