Technical Coding

The hiring process was handled by a third-party vendor and unfortunately, the interview experience was quite negative. The interviewer displayed significant arrogance and a show-off attitude throughout. They frequently interrupted my answers every 10 seconds, and once they seemed to get what they wanted, they would dismissively say 'ok ok fine' and quickly move to the next question without truly listening. This unprofessional behavior was very disappointing. Ultimately, the interviewer asked some logic and programming questions, and even after I provided two different solutions, they were not accepted, with the interviewer insisting on a different approach. It felt like an unnecessary attempt to satisfy their ego. Overall, it was a disastrous interview with the interviewer firing questions one after another without listening.

The interview process was pretty smooth and standard. First, there's a screening round where they check your introduction and communication skills. If you pass that, you move on to a group discussion, and then an HR round. If you're selected after these stages, they'll let you know.
