Trigent software's first round was a GD round. HR shortlisted very few people for the GD round. I would not recommend attending the interview because many people travel far for the job, but very few get selected for the next interview process. The GD topic was boring, about online shopping, which I think everyone knows about. The HR was unprofessional. The Trigent software interview experience was bad. I still doubt that everyone in my group was a qualified graduate able to communicate in English, yet they were not selected.

The interview had 3 rounds. First was a group discussion about a topic (Security) for 2 mins. Second was a face-to-face interview which was mostly personal questions and some basic networking. Third, if you passed the first two, was a telephonic interview for voice and accent. This also felt like a personal interview, starting with going through my profile, then a question on hobbies, and finally talking for 2 mins on a topic (online shopping).

The entire interview process took place in a single day. I applied through a job portal and was then shortlisted for the L1 Support Engineer position at Trigent Software in Bengaluru back in September 2016. The interview kicked off with a group discussion where we were given a topic to talk about. After that, there was a recruiter call, followed by a technical screen. The final stage was an onsite interview at the client's location, which included both a group discussion and a face-to-face interview.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Trigent hires freshers/experienced for their clients (accenture for this post).
  • The first round was a group discussion; they mainly check your communication and pronunciation in this round.
  • The second round will be at the client's place (GD and face to face).
