The hiring process was handled by a third-party vendor and unfortunately, the interview experience was quite negative. The interviewer displayed significant arrogance and a show-off attitude throughout. They frequently interrupted my answers every 10 seconds, and once they seemed to get what they wanted, they would dismissively say 'ok ok fine' and quickly move to the next question without truly listening. This unprofessional behavior was very disappointing. Ultimately, the interviewer asked some logic and programming questions, and even after I provided two different solutions, they were not accepted, with the interviewer insisting on a different approach. It felt like an unnecessary attempt to satisfy their ego. Overall, it was a disastrous interview with the interviewer firing questions one after another without listening.

This was one of the worst hiring processes I've experienced from Trigent. A recruiter called and set up the interview. When I asked about the job description and the types of rounds, she said there was no JD and it would just be a general discussion. However, the Director only asked technical questions. After the interview, I got an email saying they couldn't proceed. The interview itself only took about 20 minutes. The recruiter even mentioned that similar issues happened with two other candidates. I think the director needs to reconsider his approach and give the recruiter proper details. It felt like a complete waste of my time and energy.

We started with a group discussion on the topic of "corruption". After that, shortlisted candidates had to take a written test. This test included 10 aptitude questions, 5 logical questions, 10 questions on C language basics, and 10 verbal questions. Finally, the candidates who passed the written test went through an HR round. The HR round checked everything mentioned on our resumes, including hobbies, to verify authenticity. The HR also asked us to write code on a topic they chose.
