A recruiter reached out, then I had a screener, a behavioral interview, and a 2.5-hour case study. This was followed by an in-person interview, and then two more virtual interviews before an offer was extended. The overall process was great and they were really good at coordinating everything. However, for the case study, I was notified at 4 PM and had to present it the very next morning at 7:45 AM.

This was a 6-round interview process, with each conversation lasting between 30 and 45 minutes. I spoke with different members of the team, and all the discussions were behavioral. The entire process took about two months to complete and was relatively straightforward.

I first connected with a recruiter, then had a Zoom/Teams interview with the hiring manager. After that, I went in person for a second interview with three people from different departments that work with this role. They ended up hiring an internal contractor for the job.

The hiring process was really messy. They contacted me about the role and seemed super keen. They set up the first few interviews pretty fast with two people. Then, they set up more rounds with others, and I ended up talking to about seven people in total. Mostly, the interviews were behavioral, with a few technical questions thrown in. The questions were pretty much the same in every interview. The recruiting team was also very disorganized during the whole thing. After finishing an interview round, I'd wait days for a response and had to chase them for feedback, only to be asked to schedule more interviews that were just like the previous ones. After going through the exact same conversation with 6-7 people, they just ghosted me and never replied to any of my messages. It's been months and I've heard nothing back from them. It felt like a complete waste of my time. I wouldn't recommend talking to them if this is how they treat candidates.
