HR contacted me about being shortlisted for this role, even though I had applied for a different position and was initially rejected. Two Teams interviews were scheduled via email: the first with someone in NC and the second with someone in NYC. Both interactions were very positive. HR then arranged a third in-person interview, but when I asked for a higher salary, it was denied. That was the end of the process.

Applied online and after 3 weeks got an email for a first round interview. Within 4 days, I had a 1 on 1 interview with the MD for the team, which could be in person or online. The MD was super friendly and really enthusiastic about the role, company, and duties. They asked competency-based questions like why I wanted the role, why this company, and common questions found online about working under pressure or making a mistake. The interview felt really good and I enjoyed it. I'm still waiting for feedback a week later.

The recruiter reached out to get my availability, but there wasn't an actual call. Then I had an initial interview with the hiring manager and also someone at the CISO level. The second and final interview was with some engineers who seemed a bit insecure and wanted to know if I had the exact same experience as them.
