I was called for a phone interview in February, which I thought was a late stage. They asked about the company and the broking business. The questions were pretty standard and I think the interviewer liked my answers, but I didn't end up getting an offer.

It was a pretty smooth interview process overall. I had two rounds. First, I interviewed with my direct manager. Then, I had another interview with MOR. The questions were pretty much what I expected for this role. However, they weren't very transparent about benefits and salary expectations.
