After getting through the first phone call, I was invited to an assessment centre. On the assessment day, they made me do two SHL psychometric tests – one for numeracy and one for logical reasoning. After that, we did a group exercise and then I had a one-on-one interview with someone from HR.

I applied online and got through that. Then I had a phone interview that was all about competency questions. Things like, 'what do you know about the company', 'what do you know about the role', 'tell me about a time you solved a problem', and 'how did you research'. It went well, so they invited me to an assessment centre at their HQ. There, I had to do some numerical and verbal tests, a group exercise, and a 1:1 interview.
