My interview was supposed to be at 830 and they did not even call me in until 945. I waited with about 15 other candidates. My first interview was about 10 mins and all they did was describe that they worked with AT&T and asked me a few questions. When I made the cut for a second interview, I met with a current employee who took me across the street to a subway restaurant for my interview. She explained how the job worked and that salary was based on how many applications you got in a day. This is a door to door sales job. You are selling AT&T/direct tv products to residents who said they were interested in changing tv providers. It is literally a pyramid scheme. If you want to be a sales person and move up quickly then this is a good position for you. They basically posted a bunch of different positions - PR Rep, marketing rep, etc giving general job tasks but they all are the exact same position of selling the AT&T product. Don't be fooled by their position titles and website!

The hiring process started with a warm welcome in the lobby and a TV to watch while waiting for the hiring manager, Ceasar. Ceasar was really down-to-earth and explained what the company wanted. He talked about growth opportunities at Top Notch, which was a big draw for me since I didn't have that in my last job. Later that day, HR called to say I got a second interview. In the second round, I met Ryan, who was dressed very sharply. He talked about the earning potential, mentioning he makes six figures after only a year. He warned that the job would be tough but rewarding. I start tomorrow and am really excited!

They were shady in not fully stating that it was a sales job. During the first interview, the interviewer asked questions and was stern and more aloof. The second interviewer was more friendly and down to Earth, allowing some normal form of conversation happen. The third interview was with the same aloof man where he checked his phone while I was talking to him and never gave me the chance to think the position over, he just assumed I would start right away.

You start in a waiting room with 5-10 other candidates. The interviewer calls your name, and you go to their office for a 10-20 minute interview. The offices are in the basement and have no or small windows. Afterwards, you have to find your own way out. They'll call in a couple days about a second interview.
