They make it seem like a legit job over the phone, then you get to this lobby with a bunch of people waiting to see just one or two interviewers. After a long wait, you meet these young guys, one of whom wasn't very professional despite his suit, and it's basically a meet and greet to 'put a face to a name.' That's when you learn there are three steps: 1. Meet and greet, 2. Salary and position chat, 3. Offer. During step one, you find out it's actually door-to-door sales for only AT&T. It's a sales gig, not the corporate job their 'HR' team advertised.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process was really welcoming and everyone was friendly, which made me feel comfortable and helped the interviews go smoothly. We talked about the growth and training opportunities, which is exactly what I was looking for as a recent graduate trying to get my foot in the door. Even after a month of working here, I can say great things. Management is great, and I can discuss my goals and areas for improvement with my manager. He gives me good, straightforward feedback. They pay me well for my performance, and the work environment is energetic and team-based. I'm excited about the future with this company!

They got my resume somehow and keep calling me about this job. It's door-to-door AT&T sales on 100% commission, which I don't recommend. The process is a quick in-person interview, then another interview, and then an offer. I didn't go past the first step. My brother almost fell for it too, he got to the third round before he realized it was basically a pyramid scheme.
