I applied online and got a call the next morning to come in for an interview that day to talk about the job and pay. I couldn't schedule it for later in the week. When I got there, there were like 15 other people in this tiny room. The lady had me fill out an application again, even though they asked for my updated resume that morning. I met with the CEO, who said it was a management job, but then he revealed it was actually door-to-door sales for TWC. He took a phone call in the middle of me answering a question. When I asked about pay, which they said would be covered, he brushed it off and said I'd find out later. I got a call about 3 hours after leaving about a second interview, but I turned it down because the job wasn't what they advertised.

The interview took place in an office building where I had to find a specific door. Upon entering, I found myself with 9 other candidates and a very young receptionist. I was asked to complete a packet of information that I had already submitted during the application process and then wait to be called. People in business attire were frequently entering and leaving the room, accompanied by what I assumed were other potential employees. I could overhear a standardized presentation being given to each person as they were led down the hallway.

The hiring process started with a warm welcome in the lobby and a TV to watch while waiting for the hiring manager, Ceasar. Ceasar was really down-to-earth and explained what the company wanted. He talked about growth opportunities at Top Notch, which was a big draw for me since I didn't have that in my last job. Later that day, HR called to say I got a second interview. In the second round, I met Ryan, who was dressed very sharply. He talked about the earning potential, mentioning he makes six figures after only a year. He warned that the job would be tough but rewarding. I start tomorrow and am really excited!
