The interview process involved discussing my past work history, my motivation for joining Tommy Hilfiger, and asking for a teamwork example that highlighted collaboration, communication, and shared responsibility within a group setting.

A Talent Partner reached out to me on LinkedIn and we had a great first interview. The job requires relocation, which I was considering. I then proceeded to a second interview with someone from the creative team, which also went well. However, I felt it was more of a Q&A session than a conversation, and I wish they had asked more about my skills and goals. I received positive feedback and was given a digital assignment before the final in-person assessment. After completing the assignment, I got positive feedback again and was invited to the final stage. This process spanned a few months. During this time, my personal situation changed, and I had some relocation concerns. I replied asking to reschedule the final interview by a week due to timing, and then I was ghosted. I sent follow-ups with no reply, which felt like a waste of my time, especially after spending hours on the assignment.

The first part of the interview process was fine, it was held in a cafe and the manager was great, we really connected and the interview went smoothly. The second half was terrible though, she promised to call me that week with the results. Instead, I got an email saying the job was no longer available. I called the store to clarify because I had applied for four jobs there and wasn't sure which one the email was about. The person who answered refused to connect me to the manager and told me that because the email was from the PVH company, it meant I didn't get the job. This was despite me explaining that I had applied for multiple positions and the email could have been about my other applications. I felt really disappointed because I was expecting a call from the manager and wasn't even allowed to speak with her.

I want to emphasize that I found the entire application process very pleasant and enriching, where I felt genuinely valued as a candidate and had the opportunity to present my skills and experience in a positive way. The interaction with the team and the way the whole process was organized showed the company's deep commitment to finding the best match between the candidate and the organization, which I really liked. I look back on this experience with pleasure and believe it is worth repeating, not only because of the professional and friendly approach, but also because of the valuable insights I gained during my introduction to the company and its culture.
