The first part of the interview process was fine, it was held in a cafe and the manager was great, we really connected and the interview went smoothly. The second half was terrible though, she promised to call me that week with the results. Instead, I got an email saying the job was no longer available. I called the store to clarify because I had applied for four jobs there and wasn't sure which one the email was about. The person who answered refused to connect me to the manager and told me that because the email was from the PVH company, it meant I didn't get the job. This was despite me explaining that I had applied for multiple positions and the email could have been about my other applications. I felt really disappointed because I was expecting a call from the manager and wasn't even allowed to speak with her.

I handed in my resume in store and then the store manager and someone who seemed to be the manager's assistant interviewed me. They were nice and patient during the interview and asked me a few questions about how I view customer service. They were also understanding of my English not being perfect. It was a good interview experience overall.
