The interview wasn't hard at all, it was quite easy. There weren't that many questions and it was completed online in a couple of minutes. There were a couple of rounds, and each one got a little bit harder, but I highly recommend it.

I got referred by someone who works there, and I thought it would help. First, I talked to HR on the phone. Then, I had a Skype interview with people from two different departments. They said they'd let me know soon, but I didn't hear back. I emailed HR a couple of times, and she kept saying they were still interviewing and would update me later. After waiting two months, I emailed a third time to ask about my application. She responded that same day, telling me they had hired someone who was a better fit for the role's requirements.

This company's organization was a NIGHTMARE. Such a cool company and they were definitely my #1 choice for an internship but it was very rough communicating with them, I felt like HR and the department managers were never on the same page, and there were times when HR would email me the same question they had already asked in the same thread. Patience required. Otherwise, the people I spoke to on the phone were very nice and the questions were all basic behavioral questions.
