First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at TK Elevator.
Internal Communications Manager
It was a very human-approach interview. I got to have a real conversation with the hiring manager and the Chief of Communications about the organisational challenges and needs with regards to communications. It was a positive experience overall, even though I wasn't selected in the end.
- Can you describe your strengths and areas for development?
- Please share specific examples that demonstrate your experience.
- Tell me about how you have handled particular situations.
Maintenance Head
I applied and HR contacted me, and my profile fit. They then scheduled me to interview with two people responsible for the area's maintenance. The initial call with HR was very polite, following a pattern of logical questions. The problem arose afterwards with 'the managers'; the questions were totally out of place. They didn't show any technical knowledge at all and seemed like people of early age, clinging to a job without any technical knowledge.
- What are your family members' studies?
- Do you have children? Are you thinking about having children?
- What do your family members (parents, siblings, partners) do for work?
Project Manager
It started with a phone screen with the recruiter. Then I had 2 virtual interviews, one on one and one presentation to a panel with questions. The hiring manager interviewed me while he was on vacation. The panel presentation started at 7:15 am. There was more without any communication and then they wanted me to interview the next day.
- How would you handle team members who are not performing well, and what's your approach if a colleague needs assistance when you're pressed for time?
- Describe your strategy for managing underperforming team members. Additionally, how would you respond if a colleague requested your help with their tasks when you have limited availability?
Intern
Applied for the position through NUBE, then HR contacted me via WhatsApp. Received a link for an online interview, followed by an in-person interview. Then received the offer letter. There were also intelligence tests and a psychological evaluation, plus onboarding with HR and safety training.
- Could you explain your motivation for wanting to join this specific department?
- Were you familiar with our company and its activities prior to this application?
- Can you share some details about your previous work experience?
