Applied for the position through NUBE, then HR contacted me via WhatsApp. Received a link for an online interview, followed by an in-person interview. Then received the offer letter. There were also intelligence tests and a psychological evaluation, plus onboarding with HR and safety training.

Acredito que a empresa tem um bom potencial para desenvolver seus funcionários, mas a entrevista deixa a desejar em reconhecer os candidatos. As perguntas são objetivas, sem profundidade e com pouca visibilidade para o que o candidato pode oferecer, quase como se fosse um robô. I applied on the 6th, and on the 14th I was called for an interview. The email told me I'd have a personal presentation by slide and asked me to bring a USB drive. On the 21st (interview day), first a psychologist presented the company and its goals. Then, 3 other recruiters, all high-level leaders, joined to observe the selection process. We had a group activity with varied questions, like: 'Name 3 qualities you admire in a person,' 'If you won the lottery today, what would you do first?', etc. After that, all candidates gave their personal slide presentations while the recruiters asked questions. Once everyone finished, the managers gave feedback on the presentations and details about the job. The psychologist in charge said she would contact the selected and non-selected candidates with feedback on the process.
