First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Thirdera.
Technical Consultant
I applied through Thirdera's official site and got a call from HR within a week. The HR was very approachable, and scheduling the interviews was flexible according to my availability. The first round was a technical interview focusing on intermediate ServiceNow concepts, and the interviewer was great, allowing me to showcase my skills. Within 3-4 days, HR confirmed I passed and qualified for the final round. The second round was a mix of technical and managerial questions, covering basic ServiceNow technicalities and some managerial aspects. The interviewer again provided ample opportunity to highlight my technical and functional expertise. At the end of the interview, the interviewer described the role and my responsibilities at Thirdera. A few days later, HR called to inform me I had cleared the final round. During this call, HR discussed my CTC and the onboarding process.

I submitted my application for Thirdera via their website. The first contact was a call from HR for an initial interview. Following that, they informed me I was advancing and had a practical assessment to gauge my technical skills. Subsequently, I interviewed with my direct manager before receiving and accepting a favorable offer. Throughout the process, communication was clear and bidirectional, with all my questions addressed. It's worth noting all interviews were conducted via video conference, which I found convenient.
