First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Thirdera.
ServiceNow Developer
It was a pretty fast process after I submitted my resume, though there was a wait initially because all positions were filled. I applied online. Once they reached out, the whole recruiting thing wrapped up in about 3-4 days. The HR recruiter contacted me and set up a meeting for the next day. It was a nice chat, and the day after that, I had the technical interview. The interviewer was really cool and laid-back. They sent me a technical exam that I had either a day or a weekend to complete. I got instant feedback after sending it in. The very next day, I got a call from Thirdera offering me the job. Overall, it was a great experience – super quick and made me feel confident.
- What makes you a valuable asset to the Thirdera team?
- Describe your approach when faced with a client question you can't answer.
ServiceNow Developer
First, they reached out to see if I was interested in working at Thirdera. Then, the interviews focused on what it would take for me to accept a job offer and for them to make a formal proposal. Partway through, I had a technical interview with a platform specialist to dive deeper into my experience and technical skills. This interview ended with a practical exam where I had to build 3 things in a ServiceNow environment. After that, they told me the process was continuing and finally confirmed they would extend a formal offer because they want me on their team.
- Can you share your general information?
- Could you detail your professional experience?
- What are your salary expectations?
ServiceNow Consultant
It just starts as a chat on Microsoft Teams, and then they begin with the technical questions. The interviewer shares their screen and you command them to apply some solutions. At the end, they talk a bit about your feedback.
- Could you explain the distinction between a Record Producer and a Catalog Item?
- What are the procedures to prevent a submission and show a message if no modifications were made to a change request?
- How do Incident and Major Incident differ?
