Behavioral Technical

I submitted my application for Thirdera via their website. The first contact was a call from HR for an initial interview. Following that, they informed me I was advancing and had a practical assessment to gauge my technical skills. Subsequently, I interviewed with my direct manager before receiving and accepting a favorable offer. Throughout the process, communication was clear and bidirectional, with all my questions addressed. It's worth noting all interviews were conducted via video conference, which I found convenient. Overall, the smooth communication and ease of the process made it a comfortable experience, and I'm very happy with the outcome.

Behavioral Technical Coding

I was contacted through LinkedIn and got good initial info about the Company and JD. Had one HR interview for more in-depth info and they were open to questions. Then I did a technical assessment (2 days). After validation, there was a Tech Interview and then an Offer Extension call. The process and communication were really good, always clear and detailed, and took less than 3 weeks. It was the best selection process I've been in, mainly because of the clear and complete info, good follow-up, and quick responses. Also, they highlighted company culture, learning and growth, and team support.
