Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Thirdera.
Business Analyst
Quick interview process, really focused on behavioural and situational questions. They were stressing the candidate's agility and maturity to handle multiple projects at once. There were 2 rounds of interviews. The first round was technical with some Senior BAs, focusing on ServiceNow and its modules. The second round was with senior management, mostly about salary negotiations.
- If you're managing multiple projects, how would you manage a situation where stakeholders aren't available to give you information?
Business Analyst
I submitted my application for Thirdera via their website. The first contact was a call from HR for an initial interview. Following that, they informed me I was advancing and had a practical assessment to gauge my technical skills. Subsequently, I interviewed with my direct manager before receiving and accepting a favorable offer. Throughout the process, communication was clear and bidirectional, with all my questions addressed. It's worth noting all interviews were conducted via video conference, which I found convenient. Overall, the smooth communication and ease of the process made it a comfortable experience, and I'm very happy with the outcome.
- How did your past experience equip you for this opportunity?
Business Analyst
I was contacted through LinkedIn and got good initial info about the Company and JD. Had one HR interview for more in-depth info and they were open to questions. Then I did a technical assessment (2 days). After validation, there was a Tech Interview and then an Offer Extension call. The process and communication were really good, always clear and detailed, and took less than 3 weeks. It was the best selection process I've been in, mainly because of the clear and complete info, good follow-up, and quick responses. Also, they highlighted company culture, learning and growth, and team support.
- What makes you interested in new job opportunities?
- What's your favorite part about being a BA?
- Have you done demos before?
