OCM Consultant
First, I had a phone screen with a recruiter who could barely speak English. Then, I had a call with the hiring manager, followed by a call with the manager's team. I didn't get past that point. No feedback was given about why I didn't advance in the interview process.

Implementation Manager
The hiring process felt disorganized. It began with email exchanges with the hiring manager, which seemed promising. They mentioned being out of the office but were keen to schedule the interview upon their return. After two weeks of no contact, I followed up. The hiring manager then acted as if they didn't remember me, despite our ongoing email thread. Subsequently, they stated they were hiring someone with GSI experience, deeming it essential, even though this wasn't mentioned in the job description nor was my GSI experience ever queried. It was a very strange way to handle the situation, truly bizarre.
- Can you describe the kinds of implementation projects or teams you've been a part of?
Case Administrator
So, this CORA app messaged me daily to set up an interview. We finally found a time, and a recruiter contacted me who apparently hadn't reviewed my resume. Then, another recruiter emailed to set up virtual interviews. The interviews themselves were good. After that, nothing. The CORA app contacted me again about a different role. I wasn't sure if I could interview for multiple positions simultaneously, so I emailed the recruiter who set up my interviews, but got no reply. I ended up scheduling the interview anyway. This recruiter then lectured me for not replying sooner and for not knowing I could interview for multiple roles, which ruined the phone screen. I lost interest in that position and was glad to get a rejection email soon after. As for the first position, I received a response on a holiday, a month after my last interview, saying they were moving on with other candidates.

Underwriting Assistant
The interview process started with a friendly recruiter chat. After that, I had an hour-long interview with the manager and another underwriting team member, which included behavioral and technical questions. Following that, I met with two more senior underwriters. They called this the 'Informal interview,' but it felt quite formal and stiff, despite them being polite. The whole process took about a month, which seems too long. My advice is to have other offers lined up. I wonder if they lose good candidates because of these 'informal/formal interviews.' Overall, it wasn't a bad process, but I think they could streamline some parts.
- Behavioral and technical questions were asked during what they called an 'Informal interview,' though it felt like a standard behavioral interview.
