The interview process was really disorganized. I thought there were only two interviews, but I ended up doing four. The last interview was with three senior people, and they asked a lot of questions that didn't seem relevant. The company also has some red flags. The salary range on the job description was way higher than what they offered. Also, when I asked people why they liked working there, they all mentioned a lot of burnout. So, if you like working yourself to death, this might be the company for you. The overall culture for Business Analysts seems pretty bad, and I wouldn't recommend any people of color for this position.

I've been working for over 22 years in finance, and this was the worst interview process ever. After three rounds, the hiring manager offered me the job. But when I sent a counteroffer to HR for my original requested salary, things went south. They took two weeks to respond and then just rescinded the offer with no explanation. The hiring manager, who offered me the job, never responded to my calls or messages, which was unprofessional. HR was also bad, taking two weeks for a counteroffer that should have taken 72 hours. The lack of communication and transparency was terrible. They talk about a great culture, but they clearly don't respect candidates. It was a waste of time, and I'd tell others to be careful with this company.

Started with a phone screening, then had three Zoom interviews. All the Zoom ones were panel interviews and felt a bit repetitive with the questions. They were mostly about culture fit, and there was a mix of management and peers on the panels.
