It was great—they were really welcoming and the competency-based questions made it feel less stressful. They asked some follow-up questions too, which was professional but still felt conversational. Overall, a really well-organized interview with nice people.

Before the interview, I needed to do 3 tasks: plan a 10-minute tutorial, answer subject-specific questions, and grade some student work. The tasks seemed a bit much at first, especially with less than a week to do them, but they were actually pretty easy for me because I'd done them all before. The interview itself was about 75 minutes long and included delivering the tutorial. It was a pretty chill vibe, and I was able to ask questions whenever I wanted.

I put together a tutorial and sent the plan and powerpoint ahead of time. In the interview, they asked me some general questions, and then I walked them through my plan. The next day, I heard I was made 'appointable.' However, they never got back to me even after I emailed to check on the status. I'm guessing not enough students signed up for the course and they didn't need me.
