It was great—they were really welcoming and the competency-based questions made it feel less stressful. They asked some follow-up questions too, which was professional but still felt conversational. Overall, a really well-organized interview with nice people.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • The competency questions were sent beforehand, which was reassuring.

I applied online and got rejected after 3 weeks, but then they emailed me inviting me to interview. The email had grammar errors. They asked me to prepare a presentation on a scenario. The onsite interview involved a 30-minute exercise in a bad office, followed by my presentation and competency questions. After 3 weeks, they told me I didn't get the job and had forgotten to inform me. Overall, it was a bad experience.

The application process was lengthy and quite detailed, and there was also pre-work to be done. However, it was designed to find the right people, so there was only one interview, which was done online due to Covid. It included a mix of standard and competency-based questions. I had to present some pre-work at the beginning of the interview.

  • How did you find the pre-work?
