Account Manager
HR clearly shared the interview process, which had 3 rounds. The first round was an HR call. The second round had two Account Managers. The third round had two Account Directors/Supervisors. All the team members were really nice. It would be great to get a personal rejection if not selected after the 3 rounds, instead of a generic one.

Senior Account Executive
The interview process was pretty straightforward and moved quickly. I think it took about two weeks from when HR first contacted me until I received the offer. First, I had a chat with HR. Then, I interviewed with my potential manager and her manager. They were approachable and clearly explained what they were looking for. The last interview was with two members of the creative team. It was similar to the previous talks; we discussed the account, how work gets done, and their expectations for the person in this position.
- Can you explain how your background matches what we're looking for?
Social Media Strategist
So my interview with The Marketing Arm started with a pre-screen call from HR. After that, my info was passed along and I thought things were moving fast. Then, they set up 4 interviews which seemed intense but I figured they were serious about hiring. After I finished all FOUR interviews, they just went silent and ghosted me. I sent thank-you notes to everyone, but only HR/talent acquisition responded. It's been over a week with no communication, no next steps, no rejection, nothing. It's been over a month since I first contacted TMA and they still don't seem close to hiring. I think they're just building a talent pool without immediate hiring needs. I've decided to move on mentally, which is disappointing since I was really excited about them.

Digital Strategist
It was a lot of interviews, like 5 to 7 total with different people. Two were phone calls, one of those was with the recruiter who was great and really sold the job. But most other people seemed to have a chip on their shoulder, and the office felt like a boy's club. In the final interviews, they rushed through them and basically said I didn't have experience in a key area, even though my resume showed I've been doing it for years. I was excited at first, but meeting most of the people in person changed my mind. It doesn't seem like a place I'd want to work.
