First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Children's Place.
Sales Associate
It was a structured 15-minute group interview where we talked about past experiences and showed how my background, skills, and experience fit what they expect and what the role needs. It was also a quick chance to show my communication skills, teamwork, and how I'd fit in.
- What is your motivation for joining our company?
CAD Designer
Very odd interaction with this team. It's my first time being ghosted post interview! I'm shocked it happened with such a well known company, that type of behavior I expect from more mom-and-pop companies. They didn't even reply back to my "thanks for the interview" email. Super glad I dodged this bullet!
- Have you used Miro before?
Marketing Coordinator
It was a pretty straightforward process. I chatted with 3 people on the team, and we talked about my past experience and the job itself. They were really friendly, and I felt comfortable talking and discussing things. It was nice that it didn't take many rounds.
- Can you discuss your previous experience?
- How would you approach solving this problem?
Clinical Research Coordinator
The interview process was quite thorough but overall a positive experience. Although I felt nervous initially, the interviewers helped me feel at ease, and I was able to manage my pace well. I would definitely recommend both this company and this role. I particularly want to highlight that this position offers a good starting salary.
- Can you describe your work ethic?
- What are your thoughts on having a supportive team?
