Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at The Children's Place.
Sales Assistant
The interview process was smooth and they responded quickly. Communication was good and they were clear about what to expect. I met with the manager in the backroom. We chatted about general life stuff before moving on to specific details. The manager was very friendly and nice.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Sales
It was super easy, mainly just a chat with the manager to check if I was available and had the right experience. They were hiring a lot of people then, so they didn't ask too many questions. The main things they cared about were my work hours and if I was okay with working late sometimes.
- Could you tell me about your availability?
Sales Lead
coming from a high-end luxury retail background, the interview process here is different; it doesn't focus on aggressive selling or sales targets, and there weren't any questions about product sales. The main emphasis is on how friendly and pleasant you are.
