I'll ask some basic behavioral questions, like how you'd handle a tough customer. We'll also touch on how you work with others and adapt to change, and how you cope with stress and pressure.

This is probably the worst interview. Once they find you fit for the job in the first interview, they will hire you. Later during probation period your manager will ask to increase your scope of work because he/she knows that if you refuse, they can fire you without rights. So instead of a technician, you will be a heavy weight lifter, a delivery man, a driver, and many labor intensive jobs. Add to it your supervisor has no understanding of technical jobs, so she will ask funny questions like you don't know what to answer...and she gets offended if you laugh at her question. All in all, stay away from the BRICK.

I went to The Brick and spoke with the manager Ali. We had a brief 1-on-1 interview in his office, lasting about 5 minutes. He started with some basic questions and then asked about my comfort level with a 100% commission-based pay structure. While I had anticipated a commission-based pay from my prior research, this was still unexpected. As a student with a low-earning part-time job, I wasn't sure how I'd manage sales at The Brick. The manager was upfront and suggested a Customer Service role if I was still interested, but I declined as it wasn't the right fit for me.
