I sent in my application online and then they gave me a call after three days to come in for an interview. When I got there, they first asked me about my past work in customer service. After that, they wanted to know about my strengths and weaknesses, and then asked where I see myself in five years. I also had to complete an application with details about my previous jobs and references. They mentioned they'd call me after checking my background, but it's been a week with no call.
