I applied for the job in person at the store, knowing it was a fully commissioned role, which I had prior experience with from Futureshop. The first interview was with the Sales Manager at the store for about 20 minutes. They asked about my past experience and assessed my sales skills. Then, they called me for a second interview with the store manager, which seemed like a formality. The hiring process was completed the same day, and I was told to join the training program after a week.

The interview process was pretty standard. I met with both the store manager and the sales manager. It lasted about 20 to 30 minutes. They asked me about my skills relevant to the job and my past work experience. They also explained their salary structure, which is entirely commission-based with no hourly wage. They also gave me some information about the workplace environment. Finally, they initiated a background check and took copies of two of my IDs.
