Behavioral Presentation

It wasn't a tough interview, lasting about 30 minutes with the two managers. They asked about my CV, previous experiences, and skills. They did throw in a quirky question, so maybe be ready for that.

The interview is about an hour long and is pretty positive. You should wear a suit. Make sure to study up on the selling process and be ready to talk about building relationships. They'll want to discuss your goals and what you think your expectations will be. Be energetic and cheerful. Asking a lot of questions is a good way to keep control of your interview. In sales, you need to sell, so your first job is to sell yourself.

I applied about 4 or 5 times before finally getting a phone call. I met with the store manager and sales manager. They thought I'd be better for Customer Service to guarantee an hourly wage. After that interview, I interviewed with the customer service manager. I was told there were no openings but I'd be the first they'd call when one opened up. A month later, I got a job offer from the brick.
