Marketing
It was nice and fun. The recruiter is very welcome and comforting also the questions made me think beyond what I already prepared. The company has a really sharp direction and communicate what they wanted from their employees really well.
- Tell me about your past experience in managing projects.
Senior Software Engineer
The hiring process was really smooth and well-organized from the get-go. After I applied, I heard back pretty quickly to set up a first phone interview, which was super clear and chill. The recruiter was really professional and took the time to thoroughly explain the role, the company vibe, and answer all my questions.
- Regarding software architecture, can you explain the distinctions between monolithic and microservices approaches, and share your practical experience with both?
- Tell me about your experience in architecting applications that are designed for scalability and distribution.
Principal Consultant
Had an initial chat with an internal recruiter on Aug20. I sent a follow-up email on Aug21, and got a reply on Sep24 asking if I was still looking for opportunities. I confirmed I was the same day, but then got ghosted again. It feels like the internal recruiter was just trying to hit her daily KPI, without any real interest in getting to know candidates or building a future talent pipeline. Recruiters are the first impression candidates get, and honestly, they should hire someone else for this job. Believe me, any recruiter who experiences this kind of hiring process will never consider the Frank brand again.
- Can you describe your recruitment experience?
- What is your billing amount?
Recruitment Consultant
The phone interview for the Dallas TX area was really good. I got details about the job and what the next steps were, including a questionnaire. The conversation went smoothly. The interviewer told me about the compensation structure. I was feeling good about moving forward until I read more feedback from people who had been contacted by the company's recruiters, as well as some negative feedback about the leadership and management. This has made me lose interest in the opportunity with the company altogether.
