The phone interview for the Dallas TX area was really good. I got details about the job and what the next steps were, including a questionnaire. The conversation went smoothly. The interviewer told me about the compensation structure. I was feeling good about moving forward until I read more feedback from people who had been contacted by the company's recruiters, as well as some negative feedback about the leadership and management. This has made me lose interest in the opportunity with the company altogether.

Had an initial introductory call with the hiring manager, where they went over the job role, duties, and responsibilities. Then had a video call with the managing director. We introduced ourselves, they talked about the company's history, team size, and asked general questions about recruitment and day-to-day activities. They also asked about my background, career goals, salary expectations, and when I could start. Following that, there was another call to provide feedback.
