Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Tenth Revolution Group.
Consultant
It was a 2 round process with open questions, nothing too crazy. The interview questions were quite normal and basic. There was also a power point presentation. The offering stage went quite smooth, and the talent team was helpful and nice.
- Could you explain your interest in Sales?
- What draws you to recruitment?
- What are your key motivators?
Principal Consultant
Had an initial chat with an internal recruiter on Aug20. I sent a follow-up email on Aug21, and got a reply on Sep24 asking if I was still looking for opportunities. I confirmed I was the same day, but then got ghosted again. It feels like the internal recruiter was just trying to hit her daily KPI, without any real interest in getting to know candidates or building a future talent pipeline. Recruiters are the first impression candidates get, and honestly, they should hire someone else for this job. Believe me, any recruiter who experiences this kind of hiring process will never consider the Frank brand again.
- Can you describe your recruitment experience?
- What is your billing amount?
Principal Consultant
There were 3 rounds in total. It involved some HR and 1-2 hiring managers depending on the specific role. The interviews with HR and the hiring manager were pretty straightforward. The role-play part was the trickiest, especially if you weren't familiar with the company's operations. It might be something that could be learned with training, but it could potentially hurt your chances if you don't know it.
