After two phone interviews, I was invited for an in-person interview in Berlin. There, I interviewed one after another with the Director of the Berlin location and a Senior Manager. Both were very nice, open, and honest regarding the tasks, difficulties, and positive aspects of the job. I particularly liked that I got to sit down with a team member to observe the exact work steps.

The first step was a phone call where we talked about my background and experience, and then it turned into a discussion about why I would be a good fit for recruitment and how motivated I am by money. About a week later, I was invited for an in-person interview. They gave a lot of details about the job and the industry, and the main point was that my paycheck would likely be the thing I'm most proud of. Every person I spoke with asked me how much I'm driven by money and things like that.

Applied online and after about 3 weeks I got a call. The phone screen was super chill, mostly just to see if we were a good fit. Then they set up an in-person interview.
