I interviewed with this company a few years back and unfortunately, it was a really bad experience. The interview felt super disorganized from start to finish. The questions seemed all over the place, and it didn't seem like the interviewers knew what they wanted to ask or look for. What really stood out was how unprofessional they were. Both interviewers were distracted the whole time, looking at emails and doing other things while I was talking, which felt really rude and awkward. They barely engaged, and sometimes the vibe was just unnecessarily cold. Interviews kind of show you what a company's culture is like, and this made me worried about the team vibe and if they respect people's time.

The interview process was really quick and they made it all about the candidate, super welcoming and professional from the get-go. Instead of making me come back multiple times, they scheduled two interviews back-to-back in one session. It was organized and showed they respected my time. The team was friendly, making it a relaxed but still professional vibe. They also got back to me super fast, showing they are decisive and want to keep things moving.

I did an online math assessment, then first round was a 30 min behavioral plus a 30 min case, then second round was 2 30 min cases. The second interview in the second round, the interviewer was 5 mins late, and then spent the first min in silence while they were typing and staring at a different monitor, and continued to do that throughout the interview. The interviewer also didn't pay much attention to my clarifying questions and answered them offhandedly, and later in the case kept interrupting me to correct my logic, even though their clarifications directly contradicted the answers they gave to my clarifying questions. Only my behavioral interviewer smiled at me, while the other 3 interviewers were quite cold and didn't smile at all.

It was a 3-round interview process, with each round lasting about 30 minutes. Most of the interviews were behavioral, but there was one technical interview. There was a bit of a wait between rounds, but after the technical interview, I got an offer the next day. All interviews were virtual and conducted by members of the team I'd be joining. Most interviews were two-on-one.
