Behavioral Technical Case

Had two quick initial interviews with the SVPs, which were pretty chill and more about personality. Then, I had a tough assessment that took about 2 hours where I had to analyze a balance sheet and answer financial communications and investor relations questions based on a short case study. The last step was a final interview with the MD, which was more by the book, focusing on my skills, past experiences, and how I'd handle various scenarios.

Case Behavioral

There was a situational assessment and a video interview first. Then, the in-person interview happened on the same day and it had two parts: a case study and a chat about my CV. The CV chat was pretty chill, the interviewers made it not so tense. But the case study was kinda hard, you really had to prepare for it.
