Behavioral Case Case

I did an online math assessment, then first round was a 30 min behavioral plus a 30 min case, then second round was 2 30 min cases. The second interview in the second round, the interviewer was 5 mins late, and then spent the first min in silence while they were typing and staring at a different monitor, and continued to do that throughout the interview. The interviewer also didn't pay much attention to my clarifying questions and answered them offhandedly, and later in the case kept interrupting me to correct my logic, even though their clarifications directly contradicted the answers they gave to my clarifying questions. Only my behavioral interviewer smiled at me, while the other 3 interviewers were quite cold and didn't smile at all.

Behavioral Case Presentation

The interview process started with an assessment, then went into back-to-back behavioral and case interviews. The behavioral questions were basic. The case interview was a bit unusual; it seemed like a market sizing problem, but the interviewer took charge of every question and wrapped it up in about 10 minutes. It's probably best to prepare for interviewer-led cases.

Behavioral Case Technical

I applied online through the Teneo Careers page. About two weeks later, I got an online math test. After that, the first round of interviews was scheduled for two weeks after the math test. The first round had back-to-back interviews: one behavioral interview with senior folks and a standard non-PE case interview with a senior manager. I got a call about 4 hours after this round saying I was moving on and they gave me some helpful feedback. The second round was two weeks after the first round and also had back-to-back case interviews. The first case in the second round was a bit different, focusing on reading graphs and doing quick calculations, very math-heavy and requiring you to ignore irrelevant data in the charts. The second case was a typical non-PE case. I interviewed on a Thursday and got a call back on Monday afternoon letting me know I didn't make it, but they still gave me feedback on how I did. It was a really professional process, which I appreciated.
