The interview process had four parts. It started with online and written tests, then went to an assessment centre. At the assessment centre, there was a group task, two writing tasks, and a one-on-one interview where I had to give a presentation about research.

Group Presentation Behavioral

The interview process involved two written assessments, followed by two assessment days. I didn't make it to the second assessment day, which included more interviews, tests, and a presentation. The first assessment day was great, giving a good look into life at Teneo. It was welcoming and friendly, with challenging but fun activities. The group interview felt more like a political debate than a formal interview. Overall, I had a good experience on the first day, but the lack of feedback was a letdown, especially since a whole day was spent to get there and expenses weren't covered. I would expect at least a basic feedback email. When I asked about feedback, my emails were ignored, which is disappointing.

Group Presentation

I went to the first assessment day which went okay. It had three group activities and a group interview. About 40 people were there, and half got to the next stage. They told the successful people the next day, which was great because I had a week to prep my presentation for the second assessment centre. This was pretty tough. It started with a group task that just seemed to be about who was the loudest. Everyone shot down everyone else's ideas, which was a bit of a downer and set a negative tone for the day. The interview part was 20 minutes and pretty simple. There was also a presentation on a brief they sent us before, and some writing and digital tasks that were also straightforward. I didn't hear back for 2 weeks. I found out from people who got rejected by email days before I did, and only because I chased them did they tell me I was rejected. They also said they'd give detailed feedback to everyone, but I never got it, which would've been helpful for other assessment days I had later.
