Behavioral

An interview is basically a structured chat to see if you're a good fit for the job. They'll ask you stuff about your skills, what you've done, and how you solve problems. It can be in person, on the phone, or online. They want to check if you know your stuff, can talk clearly, and would fit in with the team. It's super important to get ready: check out the company, re-read the job description, and practice some common questions. Sometimes they do behavioral questions, technical ones, or ask what you'd do in certain situations. The main idea is to show them you're capable, confident, and what they need. If it goes well, you might get an offer or move on to the next step.

Technical Other

The interview process is pretty simple and quick. You'll do an online assessment and then have a scheduled interview. It usually wraps up in under 5 days. The assessment includes tests for writing, speaking, and listening. If you pass that, you'll have an interview with a manager from the department you applied to. If you do well, you'll get an email confirming you passed all the steps and got the job. A cool thing about Tek Experts is they let you know if you didn't make it, instead of leaving you hanging, and you can try again after 3 months.

Behavioral Technical Coding

It started with a phone call from HR. They asked some basic questions about me, my current job, and my salary expectations, plus three technical questions about VMs, Active Directory, and DNS. After that, I had two online tests – one for English skills (speaking and writing) and a technical one covering Windows, PowerShell, and Azure, which wasn't too hard and I had plenty of time. The last part was a technical interview with the manager and a senior engineer. They gave me some documentation on Azure monitoring and automation to read beforehand, and the interview focused mostly on that. It wasn't too tough, and overall, I had a good experience.
