The interview felt a bit flat because the interviewers seemed uninterested and emotionless. They were so deadpan it made me feel uncomfortable, and it seemed like they wanted the interview to end before I did. The vibe I got felt like a representation of what it would be like to work there, and I'd already heard the company culture wasn't great. The questions were easy, simple, and relevant to the role, but it felt too rigid. They didn't really question my understanding or skill set; it seemed more like a tick-box exercise.

So the interview process kicked off with a quick chat with HR. Then, I had a first interview with the hiring manager and someone else from the team. After that, they had me do a task and put together a presentation for a second interview. It's been over three weeks since then, and I've heard nothing back. I've followed up with both HR and the hiring manager a couple of times, but they're just not responding. Really bad communication, and honestly, it feels unprofessional given the time I put into preparing.
