The interview process was challenging but ultimately a positive experience. The manager was approachable, and they had a prepared list of questions, some of which were abstract. It was a valuable learning experience, and they were keen to see my passion for the brand.

Behavioral Presentation

The overall process was really poorly executed. The HR person was late for the initial call and didn't communicate well. The in-person interviews were good though, and the staff were very pleasant. However, the main problem was the complete lack of follow-up after each stage, which I think says a lot about the company culture. This is really not acceptable nowadays, and I would have turned down an offer even if one was extended. The company culture seems quite poor, possibly driven by fear from the top. Despite having a nice brand, they seem to have outdated ideas about modern agile work environments. I probably avoided a bad situation.

I had two interviews, one with my direct manager and another with the area manager. The first interview focused on me and my background, while the second was about my skills and past training.
