You apply for the job. Then recruiters or an ATS look at your resume and cover letter to see if you fit the basic requirements. Next, a recruiter will give you a quick call to check your general qualifications, how much you want to make, when you can start, and why you want this job. This is just to make sure you're a good fit before they move you to the next step.

The interview process was really good and thorough. I had a great experience, and the interviewer was very helpful and easy to work with. They were good listeners. I was really keen to join the company, and I did end up joining when they offered me the role.

I applied in May and got a call in 2-3 weeks, which was fast. The process included a phone interview and then a one-day interview with 1 hour for HR and 1 hour for a technical/English test. Both the technical and HR interviews went well for me, though you never know with HR. I was rejected, and the feedback was that my technical interview was excellent, much better than average. However, I was rejected for arriving 30 minutes early. The doorkeeper let me in, but apparently, arriving early is seen as 'anxious' and not 'responsible'. I really want to work there, but it seems impossible. Next time, I'll aim to be 30 minutes late. The technical interviewer and manager were great and made me feel comfortable. I think the selection criteria could be improved.

This was one of the worst interview processes I've been through. After three months, they just ghosted me. I spent a whole half day talking about the role and my experience, and it seemed like they didn't even understand what the job actually entails. I never even got a rejection email. I tried reaching out to the Head of Marketing, but she thought I was a consultant and talked about something else entirely. It's obvious they have no clue what they're doing. I would really tell people to avoid this company, especially the marketing team. The leadership is bad and they don't communicate professionally.
