The test was tough and really dug into the main chemical engineering ideas. Before the interview, there was an online test. The test included questions on heat transfer, fluid mechanics, basic chemistry, petroleum refining, chemical reaction engineering, thermodynamics, and mass transfer. The interview questions were easy, covering basic Thermodynamics and process calculations, as well as topics of interest within your branch. The interviewers were very friendly.

After submitting an application, there's an initial screening. If you pass that, you might get technical assessments and then phone or video interviews to check your coding skills and problem-solving. For on-site interviews, you could meet team members and managers, and do system design or behavioral interviews. Finally, they do reference checks and talk about the job offer, then a background check. Prep well and show how your skills and values fit the company. The process can differ, so know what they need.
