It was a 3 stage interview process. First, a technical round with two interviewers where we talked about my introduction, design experience, current company, and total experience. They asked a question about the oil & gas field. Second, I met the Head of Department who asked about my salary expectations and my strengths and weaknesses. Third, a phone call with HR.

It was a good experience. They asked about almost every topic, starting from SOM to RCC, Steel, Earthquake, Wind load calculation, concrete technology, and Soil and Foundation Engineering. Questions were also asked based on my resume. My internship in a PSU like BHEL for structural design gave me an edge.

It was arranged with 2 lead engineers and head of department. One HR guy also was there. It started 35min late which was a bit disappointing. They asked both technical and personal questions and lasted for 70 mins.
