Brand Executive
The interview process was well-structured and clear. It started with an initial screening to understand my background and motivations, followed by interviews that focused on my skills, experiences, and how I approach problem-solving. Overall, it felt thorough and gave me a good understanding of the role and team.
- Tell me about yourself.
Media Supervisor
I went through 3 rounds of interviews for this role: a recruiter call, a hiring manager interview, and a final interview with another team member. They asked standard questions about my media experience and how I manage clients. After the third round, I followed up with the recruiter for feedback, but unfortunately, I never heard back. It was a really disappointing end to the process, especially since it seemed like the team felt I was a good fit based on my background and experience throughout the stages. I suspect I might have been overqualified, but I'll never know for sure.
- Could you describe your experience managing multiple clients or lines of business?
Chargé d'affaires publiques
First, a quick 30-minute phone call to go over your CV and how your background fits the role. Then, a more informal meeting with the senior manager, followed by a final interview with the director at the company's headquarters. The initial call will cover your resume, how it matches the job, and some tricky current events questions to gauge your knowledge and analytical skills.
- Which political party or politician emerged as the winner from the pension reform?
Account Executive
I was contacted pretty quickly after I applied and an initial 'chat' was set up with a talent manager. After that I was selected for an in-person interview at their offices in London. Unfortunately I never heard back from them, despite being told they would 'be in touch'. This was extremely disappointing as I had to lie to my current employers as to my whereabouts for an hour and a half to go to the interview in person, and then not hear anything back.
